Tanzeem got a big relief from the High Court in May
After this, the hearing of the case was going on in the MP-MLA Session Court. Now Tanzeem Fatima has got a big relief. In May this year, Tanzeem Fatima got a big relief in a case from the Allahabad High Court. On May 24, the court granted bail to Azam Khan, his wife Fatima and son Abdullah Azam Khan in the fake birth certificate case.
This is why Azam and his son could not be released
After coming out of jail, Tanzeem Fatima had said that justice has won. A Rampur court had found three members of Khan’s family guilty of forgery. However, everyone got bail from the High Court. But, Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam could not be released. The reason for this was that many other cases are also going on against them.
BJP leader had filed a complaint on 3 January 2019
Tanzeem was in jail since 28 October 2023 after being convicted by the local court. The court had sentenced her to seven years imprisonment in the case related to Abdullah’s birth certificate. This case is of 3 January 2019. BJP leader Akash Saxena had filed a complaint. He had said that Azam and his wife had got two birth certificates made for their son Abdullah.
