Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav accused the BJP government of withdrawing his NSG security and asked the government to explain why his security was withdrawn.

Samajwadi Party (SP) national president and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government of removing his National Security Guard (NSG) and demanded that the government explain why his security was withdrawn. According to a statement issued from the SP headquarters, Akhilesh Yadav said, “The BJP government plays with security. It’s unimaginable how much they play with it. I had NSG security, and Rahul Gandhi also had SPG (Special Protection Group) security.”

He said, “The BJP government removed his (Rahul Gandhi’s) SPG security and had his house vacated. We had NSG security, but it was removed. The government should have explained why the NSG security was removed.”

The BJP government insults everyone.

Akhilesh Yadav said, “The government even discloses the number of our drivers and gatekeepers, stating that this much security has been provided. The former Chief Minister should have been provided with the protocol for their security.” According to the statement, while speaking to reporters during his day-long visit to Jhansi, Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP government insults everyone. Shankaracharya ji was insulted. The Shikhas of our students were pulled and they were humiliated.

CM Yogi is insulting Shankaracharya
Targeting a Deputy Chief Minister, he asked, “Where was the Deputy Chief Minister when the students were being insulted by pulling their Shikhas?” Akhilesh Yadav said, “The Chief Minister is constantly insulting Shankaracharya ji and demanding certificates from him. If a mistake is ever made, one should apologize. Apologizing takes great courage. Chief Minister Yogi should have apologized for insulting Shankaracharya and students at the Prayagraj Magh Mela.”

Why is the Chief Minister happy?
The SP chief said, “Yogi is someone who considers the suffering of others his own, but he is happy to see others suffering. When a bulldozer demolishes someone’s house, the Chief Minister sits in his residence and rejoices, saying, ‘Look, today I got the house demolished.'”
