In this entire matter, Saran Superintendent of Police Dr. Gaurav Mangala had instructed SDPO Sadar Rajkishore Singh to investigate. After investigation the matter was found to be true. SDPO Sadar Rajkishore Singh told ABP News that the audio had gone viral. The SP had ordered me to investigate.
SDPO said that on the basis of viral audio, they went to Bhagwan Bazar police station and conducted investigation. We conduct patrolling so that illegal sand or criminals can be caught. During investigation, it was revealed that both were officers and drivers of the patrol team (station and 112). Along with the passer gang, they used to get the trucks passed by taking money. The audio was examined and identified and when the officials concerned were informed, they admitted that they had made a mistake.
He said that the investigation report against eight members of both the teams, including the officer and the driver, was submitted to the Superintendent of Police. An FIR has been registered and he has been sent to judicial custody.

Superintendent of Police Dr. Gaurav Mangala said that case number 175/24 dated 10.04.2024 has been registered under section 384/385 against eight police officials at Bhagwan Bazar police station. Everyone is being sent to judicial custody. Everyone was involved in collusion with the sand mafia.
