A major accident has been witnessed in Uva province of Sri Lanka. Where, at least seven people including a child have died in an accident during car racing while 23 others are said to be seriously injured. According to the information received from the police, this accident occurred when a car went out of control during car racing at the Central Hill Resort, went off the track and crushed the people sitting in the spectator gallery.
According to PTI report, police said that 23 people were seriously injured and seven others died in the accident. The dead also include an 8-year-old boy and four track assistants. After the incident, 23 people have been admitted to the hospital. The condition of many of these people is said to be critical.
