Telangana: A huge drug factory busted, drugs worth Rs 12 thousand crores, 13 accused arrested

Hyderabad: Mira-Bhayander Police has exposed a huge drugs factory in Telangana in the biggest action against drug smuggling so far. Police have recovered about 32 thousand liters of raw MD drugs from the factory, which is said to be worth about Rs 12 thousand crore in the international market.

13 accused have been arrested in this action. The investigation started with the recovery of just 200 grams of drugs, which was estimated to be worth around Rs 25 lakh. But going deeper into the matter, the police got access to this big factory of drug manufacturing.

According to the police, a big connection of the caught network is coming to the fore, spread across the country and abroad. The recovered drugs and chemicals found from the factory have been seized and further investigation has been started.

This action is considered to be the biggest achievement of Mira-Bhayander Police against the drug mafia.

In July, Mumbai Police had seized a consignment of drugs worth Rs 400 crore

Mumbai Police had got a big success in the campaign against drugs in July 2025. Mumbai Police had seized a huge consignment of drugs worth about Rs 400 crore. During this, Mumbai Police also raided Mysore in Karnataka in the case of drugs.

Regarding Mysore, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara had said, “I have given very strict instructions to the Mysore Commissionerate. Also, in the entire state, now every SP has been sensitized, and every commissionerate has been given very strict instructions to ensure that such things do not happen.”

Let us tell you that the drug syndicate in the country is very big. From time to time the police keep taking action against them but it is very important to eradicate them from the root. Drug syndicates are targeting the youth of India, whereas the youth of India are the real strength of India.
