In the petition filed through his lawyer, he has claimed that he has not committed any crime and the case against him is fabricated. However, the police already have all the evidence. Claim of making a wrong FIR
Actually, the accused who attacked Saif Ali Khan has filed a bail petition in the Mumbai Sessions Court. The lawyer of the accused Shariful Islam Shahzad has filed this petition. In the petition filed in the Mumbai Sessions Court, it has been said that the FIR registered against the accused has been made in a wrong manner. Accused Shariful Islam has fully cooperated in the police investigation. The police already have all the evidence and the accused cannot tamper with the case in any way.

Case going on in Bandra Court

Currently this case is going on in Bandra Magistrate Court, but comes under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Sessions Court. When the police will file a charge sheet in this case, then this case will be transferred to the Sessions Court. At present, the police has not filed a charge sheet in this case.

Saif was attacked in the flat

Let us tell you that on January 16, accused Shariful Islam entered Saif’s flat in Mumbai with the intention of looting. During this, he attacked actor Saif Ali Khan several times with a knife. The actor also suffered serious injuries due to the attack of the accused, after which he had to be admitted to the hospital. At the same time, after committing the incident, the accused fled from the spot. The accused was later arrested from Thane district.
