The battle of garbage balloons has once again started between South Korea and North Korea. South Korea started it, after which North Korea sent more balloons filled with garbage towards South Korea.

The battle of garbage balloons has started once again between South Korea and North Korea. South Korea started this two days ago to respond to North Korea, after which on Sunday, July 21, North Korea has sent a large amount of garbage-filled balloons towards South Korea. Due to this fight between the two countries, the atmosphere of tension in the Korean peninsula is increasing day by day.

There is often a situation of tension between North Korea and South Korea, in this episode, a battle of sending balloons is going on between the two countries since May 2023 this year, in which sometimes political pamphlets and sometimes garbage and dung are being sent. This series has started once again, when South Korea resumed anti-Pyongyang propaganda broadcasts against North Korea, in response to which North Korea has again started sending balloons filled with garbage.

North Korea gets threat from South Korea

South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said that North Korea’s balloons were crossing the border and flying north of South Korea’s capital Seoul, for which they have warned the people living in South Korea to stay away from these balloons and apart from this they have said that if any balloon falls on the ground then immediately inform the police. Threatening North Korea, South Korea had said that if the balloons are flown towards South Korea again then it will do loudspeaker broadcasting in an even better way and will take other strict steps.

After the protest pamphlets, balloons started getting filled with garbage
This battle of balloons started from the end of May this year when some activists of South Korea started sending balloons across the border to protest against North Korea. These balloons were filled with dung along with pamphlets against North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, anti-Pyongyang propaganda, K-pop songs and US dollar notes along with USB sticks. In response to this, North Korea sent balloons filled with garbage towards South Korea, which were filled with other garbage like pieces of cloth, cigarette butts, used batteries etc.
