Now the question arises that what will happen to Nimisha Priya next?

Question – What will happen to Nimisha Priya, 5 points
1. Nimisha Priya has been sentenced to death in the Talal murder case. This sentence has only been postponed for now. Nimisha has not been acquitted. Under Sharia law, a victim can forgive a culprit after receiving blood money. Nimisha’s family is trying to solve the case through blood money.
2. Talal’s family has rejected the initial offer regarding blood money. According to this offer, Nimisha’s family had proposed to give Rs 8.5 crore to Talal’s family. However, now talks are being held afresh. Grand Mufti Abubakar is leading the talks.
3. According to the information that has come out, Abubakar Ahmed has given 2 proposals. First, by taking blood money, her death sentence should either be reduced or she should be completely pardoned. The decision has to be taken by Talal’s family.
4. Due to the talks on blood money, Nimisha Priya’s hanging has been postponed for the time being. Now it remains to be seen what decision Talal’s family takes. If Talal’s family pardons Nimisha, then Nimisha can come out of jail.
5. If Talal’s family decides to reduce the death sentence, then Nimisha may have to stay in jail for now. The representatives from India are trying to save Nimisha somehow.
