The Supreme Court has stayed the release of Kuldeep Sengar in the Unnao rape case. Sengar’s daughter, Aishwarya, reacted to the decision, completely denying the allegations against her father regarding the murder of the victim’s father and the staged accident. Let’s find out what Sengar’s daughter Aishwarya said.

The victim in the Unnao rape case has received significant relief. The Supreme Court has stayed the Delhi High Court’s decision, which had granted relief to Kuldeep Sengar. This has temporarily halted Sengar’s release from jail. Meanwhile, the victim says she will continue her fight until Kuldeep Sengar is hanged. Kuldeep Sengar’s daughter, Aishwarya, spoke to Reporte about the entire matter. Let’s find out what she said.

The Supreme Court has stayed the Delhi High Court’s decision; what are your thoughts on this? In response to this question, Aishwarya said, “Look, we respect the court. We will continue to do so. We will win our fight through the court because our evidence is so strong. We have complete faith in our evidence. I would definitely like to say that it’s not like we don’t accept the court’s decision when it goes against us, or that we start blaming the court.”

We received relief on legal grounds
She said, “When the lower court pronounced the sentence, we accepted it. The relief we received from the High Court was also on legal grounds, and we hope that the Supreme Court will also consider all our points and that we will definitely get relief from the Supreme Court as well.”

The victim is alleging that Kuldeep Sengar had her father killed in jail and her aunt and maternal aunt killed in an accident; what do you have to say about this? In response, Aishwarya said, “I am very happy that you asked this question because this talk about killing the aunt and maternal aunt, this talk about the accident, is an absolute lie. My father has been discharged in the accident case.”

It was merely a natural accident
She said, “Not only the CBI, but also the IIT Delhi and CFSL teams conducted a forensic examination. They found that it was merely a natural accident. So, saying that my father caused the accident is completely wrong.” Even today, I see that it’s being circulated everywhere that they caused the accident, even though we have been honorably acquitted in that case. Meaning, no charges were ever applicable to us in that case.

Aishwarya said, regarding the second accusation against my father, I would like to clarify that when the charge sheet was initially registered in this case, when the CBI registered the charge sheet, my father’s name was nowhere to be found. This means that my father was never charged with murder under Section 302. When this case was transferred to Delhi, the court here arbitrarily combined two charge sheets. Only after that was my father prosecuted in this case.

Who conspires to commit involuntary manslaughter?
Sengar’s daughter said, there is no murder charge under Section 302 against my father. The sentence he received in the other case was under Section 120B and Section 304 Part Two, meaning for conspiring to commit involuntary manslaughter. It will sound strange to you that someone would conspire to commit involuntary manslaughter. There are many other facts in this case which I will reveal and explain when the time comes. So, to say that we have ever harmed them in any way is completely and utterly false.

Aishwarya said, “I want to say this very responsibly that my father has never harmed their family in any way. They do this every time. They shout, spread rumors, and put pressure on institutions. This has been their old tactic, but I am speaking based on evidence. I used to think that the truth doesn’t need to be shouted from the rooftops, but in this case, when I saw that these kinds of things were happening, I felt that it had become very important for me to speak up.”

“The Unnao gang-rape case is a separate case.”
The victim is saying that she was gang-raped, and the 30,000-rupee court has also acknowledged this. What do you have to say about this? In response, she said, “I have also seen the ‘Unnao gang-rape case’ mentioned in several places. I want to clarify that the Unnao gang-rape case is a separate case. My father’s name is not mentioned in it. This incident is from June 11th. The victim states that on June 11th, Shashi Singh and her daughter Nidhi Singh called her, after which three boys, Naresh Tiwari, Brijesh Yadav, and Shubham Singh, committed the crime against her.”

Aishwarya explained, “Shubham Singh is Shashi Singh’s son. The victim gives this statement to the police on the 21st. She gives the same statement to the Judicial Magistrate on the 22nd. Until now, in this case, she hasn’t mentioned anything about the incident on the 4th, nor has she mentioned Kuldeep Singh Sengar. After that, a village panchayat is called where her uncle puts pressure on her.”

“Shubham Singh is of the same age as her and they both belong to the same caste. In the panchayat, a demand was made that Shubham and the victim should be married. Her uncle puts forward this proposal. Shashi Singh, who is Shubham’s mother, clearly refuses. She says that she will not be able to arrange this marriage. After that, the victim files a case against Shashi Singh, her daughter, Shubham Singh, and two other people.” My father did not convene any panchayat.

He said, “My father was also a member of the village panchayat. My father did not convene any panchayat. He clearly opposed the idea that in whatever cases you are filing, no one’s mother or daughter should be implicated. He raised his voice for Shashi Singh and Nidhi Singh. After that, the victim’s family became angry with us. They already had an old grudge against us.”

Aishwarya said, “As a responsible citizen, my father raised the point that women should not be wrongly implicated in cases like rape. When the charge sheet comes in this case, it does not contain the names of Shashi Singh and her daughter. After this, out of revenge, on August 17, 2017, the victim wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the first time.

She said, “The most interesting thing in that letter is that, firstly, she wrote in the letter that Kuldeep Singh Sengar also raped her, and that too on June 4, 2017. I have already told you that she gave her 164 statement on the 22nd. Until then, she had not mentioned anything about my father. She had not taken my father’s name anywhere in it.”

Would you go with her?
Now, another surprising thing is that if a woman calls you on the 11th, luring you with a job offer, and then you say that on the 4th, the same woman called you with a job offer and took you to Kuldeep Singh Sengar, does this sound logically correct to you? If a woman took you on the 4th with a job offer, would she call you again on the 11th with the same offer, and would you go with her?

I would like to tell you about Shashi Singh that the case filed against us was that we committed a criminal conspiracy. Shashi Singh and I, and others, had a plan whose purpose was to lure these girls to me (Kuldeep Sengar) under the pretext of a job offer, and then these wrongdoings would be committed against them there. Shashi Singh has been acquitted by the trial court, which acknowledged that there was no phone conversation between me and her, neither on the 4th nor before or after that date. If the court acquitted Shashi Singh, then who brought them to me (Sengar)? So, their story is already half a lie.

My uncle was shot during the village headman elections.
Aishwarya further says, “Now I’ll talk about the victim’s uncle. He has 17 cases against him. I even highlighted this in 2000. He shot my uncle during the village headman elections. After that, he absconded. He has always had political motives. He was on the run for 16 years. When he returned, he came back to contest the village headman elections again.

In 2022, his mother also contested the elections from Unnao Sadar. For the past 8 years, whenever there is an election or any political activity in Unnao, he makes videos about it. He is very active in deciding who should get a ticket and who shouldn’t. The victim’s mother contested the elections from Unnao Sadar on a Congress party ticket.”
