United Nations: Pakistan, which is suffering from poverty, is not stopping its activities. The economic condition of the country is bad and the public is suffering from inflation. The rulers of Pakistan are roaming from door to door with a bowl in their hands for money. Despite all this, Pakistan is daydreaming about Kashmir. Now India has lashed out at Pakistan by giving a strong reply in its own language. After Pakistan mentioned Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly, India has given a befitting reply to it by criticizing the neighboring country for ‘baseless and false statements’.
India did not pay heed
Minister Prateek Mathur in India’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations said, “Today, a delegation misused this platform to spread baseless and false things, which is not surprising.” He said, “I will not promote these comments by giving any kind of response just to save the valuable time of this prestigious institution.” Mathur was giving a statement on behalf of India in the discussion of the United Nations General Assembly on the annual report of the United Nations Security Council.
Who mentioned Kashmir
Earlier, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations Munir Akram had mentioned Kashmir in his address from the General Assembly platform during the discussion. Pakistan regularly raises the issue of Jammu and Kashmir on various forums of the United Nations. India has previously strongly criticized Pakistan’s attempts to raise the Kashmir issue on international forums. It says that “the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory of Ladakh were, are and will always remain an integral part of India.”
