Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while referring to the achievements of Prime Minister Modi’s 10-year tenure, said that there has been a 75% reduction in violence in Jammu and Kashmir, North-East and Naxal-affected areas, Left Wing Extremism will be completely eliminated from the country by 2026.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 10 years of leadership, violence has decreased by 75 percent in the country’s three major hotspots: Jammu and Kashmir, the Northeast, and Naxal-affected areas. He attributed this to the Modi government’s zero-tolerance policy and strong leadership. Shah also expressed confidence that Naxalism will be completely eradicated by 2026.

Home Minister Amit Shah stated that the Modi government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism and extremism. He cited the surgical strikes, air strikes, and the recent Operation Sindoor as examples, saying that these steps have sent a powerful message to terrorists and Naxalites. According to the Home Minister, Left Wing Extremism will be completely eliminated from the country by March 2026.

COVID Management and Collective Strength
Amit Shah described the Modi government’s efforts during the COVID pandemic as historic. He said that when the entire world was struggling alone, the central and state governments in India, along with 1.4 billion people, fought unitedly. It is this collective strength that has enabled India to successfully navigate the crisis, demonstrating PM Modi’s strong leadership.

Benefits of Schemes for the Poor
The Home Minister stated that in 11 years, the Modi government has provided housing, electricity, toilets, gas connections, clean drinking water, free rations, and health coverage of up to ₹5 lakh to 600 million poor people. The problems of the poor, which had been waiting for decades, were resolved in a single decade. According to Shah, Modi has adopted the path of inclusive development across the country, similar to Gujarat.

The Home Minister explained that when discussions take place in the Cabinet, PM Modi never influences any decision. Whatever decisions are made collectively, they are Modi’s decisions.
