Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, while on a visit to Kathmandu (Nepal) for the meeting of agriculture ministers of BIMSTEC countries, visited Lord Pashupatinath with his family and wrote, ‘Got the privilege of planting Rudraksh and Harsingar saplings in the sacred courtyard of Lord Pashupatinath.’

Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited Lord Pashupatinath with his family after the meeting today. During this, he also met the devotees who had gone to visit the temple. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also shared a post on the social media site X regarding this. Shivraj Singh Chouhan wrote, ‘I had the privilege of planting Rudraksh and Harsingar saplings in the holy courtyard of Lord Pashupatinath.’

Shivraj Singh Chouhan further wrote, ‘The seed of the resolution planted in the lap of Narmada Maya 4 years ago has reached the courtyard of Pashupati Mahadev. I am just an instrument, this path of karma is the inspiration of Shiva. May Mahadev’s blessings remain and this resolution to serve nature continue to flourish and blossom in this way. This is my prayer at the feet of Pashupatinath. Har Har Mahadev.’ During this, the Union Minister said that it is our great fortune that we had the darshan of Lord Pashupatinath with our family. He said, ‘Life has been blessed. This divine darshan fills us with new energy and inspiration.’

Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that he wishes from Lord Pashupatinath that he gives wisdom, does good to everyone and guides everyone on the right path and it is a good fortune that he has got the opportunity to plant trees in the courtyard of Lord Pashupatinath’s temple. He said, ‘We have planted Harsringar and Rudraksh saplings. Pranam at the feet of Lord Pashupatinath, may God bless everyone.’ Let us tell you that Shivraj Singh Chouhan also met the devotees present in the temple during this time. During this, Shivraj Singh Chouhan was seen walking with an umbrella in his hand to avoid the rain.
