Unnao: A video of Mohan MLA Brijesh Rawat of Unnao, who is in the news for his controversial working style, has gone viral on social media. In which he abused a young man and slapped him. The MLA did not spare even the women standing nearby. After the video went viral, many social media users condemned it. Currently, the MLA has given his clarification on this whole matter.
A 24-second video of Brijesh Rawat, MLA for the second time from Mohan Assembly from BJP party, went viral on social media. In which he slapped and abused a young man sitting on a bike in a mango orchard. Also, he took out the key of his bike and threatened him by applying color. During this time, a youth standing nearby was making a video, on which a policeman present there told this to the MLA, then the MLA also abused the youth making the video and did not spare even the women standing behind.
What did the MLA say
However, after the video went viral, MLA Brijesh Rawat said that we have a younger brother who is a teacher in primary school. The one whom we taught came and without my knowledge, he broke the lock of the gate of the orchard in the village and got the mangoes of the trees plucked. When we got the information, I reached the spot and saw that the mangoes were spread all over the orchard. They were immature and were not worth anything. Due to enmity, they broke them and leveled them. There was a nephew from the neighbouring village who was calling him uncle, so we said that you are involved in getting the mangoes plucked. We meet every day but cannot talk and you are plucking the mangoes.
The MLA said that I also told him that this video which has been made viral, they have done it very cleverly because the video has been made after planning and nothing else has been shown where my side is involved. Only that part of the video where I am seen has been edited and made viral. We are sorry that the person whom we raised considering him as our son is misbehaving with us in this manner. We are saddened by this, the way he has acted is not commendable.
In the video, Kuldeep, the youth who is being beaten by the MLA, said that the matter is that the MLA’s brother had come to the village from Unnao. He told us that we have to pluck mangoes, we went along with him and were plucking mangoes. After this, MLA Chacha ji came. He got angry when he saw the raw mangoes broken and in that anger he slapped us, we have no resentment against Chacha.
