A shocking case has come to light in Kanpur. Where a ten-year-old child was first bought through human trafficking and then he was sold to a family in Kanpur for 30 thousand rupees and after that the innocent child was made a bonded laborer and was made to work in the house. With the information given on the police helpline number 112, the police freed the hostage child and registered a report of human trafficking against many smugglers and the person who bought the child and started the search.

What was the matter

An information was given to the Kanpur Police on the helpline number in the name of accused Ankit Anand living in B Block of Govind Nagar area of ​​Kanpur, the police was told that a ten-year-old child has been kept as a bonded laborer in a house. The informant also told the police that the child was bought from a human trafficking gang for Rs 30,000 through human trafficking and now the person named Ankit Anand who bought him is treating him inhumanly by keeping him hostage in his house and has made him a bonded labourer. On getting information about the case, Govind Nagar police took immediate action and reached the house of accused Ankit Anand where the innocent was recovered in a messy condition.

After which the child was interrogated and it was found that the child was bought a month ago from a smuggler named Pappu Yadav and four other people were also involved with him. The child told that the people from whom accused Ankit Anand bought him sell all the children in different cities. The police also arrested Ankit Anand, the owner of the house from where the child was recovered, who informed that he had bought the child for household work. The child also told that he was being made to do all the household work. The bathroom of the house was also made to be cleaned, he was also beaten up and was not given enough food. After which the police has written a report in the whole case and arrested the accused Ankit Anand.

What did the police say

In this whole case, ADCP Mahesh Kumar said that one accused has been arrested in the case of human trafficking. Along with this, the search for the other four accused is going on and teams have also been formed to catch them. A report has been filed against everyone under the sections related to human trafficking.
