Gorakhpur: BJP’s ally in UP, Nishad Party chief and minister in Yogi government, Dr Sanjay Nishad, has shown rebellious attitude today. Sanjay Nishad said in a press conference in Gorakhpur today, “We are allies of BJP. Subhaspa, Apna Dal, Nishad Party and RLD. If BJP trusts us that we are taking our society in the right direction and BJP is getting political benefit from it, then this relationship should move forward. But if there is no trust, then say it clearly and end the alliance.”

Rest you are wise.” Sanjay Nishad said, “The roots of Nishad Party came out from Gorakhpur, but some leaders are engaged in defaming it. It is the responsibility of BJP to give reservation, we are fully committed as an ally. We are associated with the ideology of Lord Shri Ram since Treta and will remain associated in future too. Those who got MP and security in opposition to Sanjay Nishad, how many times did they raise the reservation of the society? If you have faith then fulfill the alliance, if not then say clearly, we are ready. Do not underestimate the power of allies, victory is not alone, it is shared by all. Question Praveen’s defeat, do not ask us, ask the report of BJP leadership.”

Sanjay Nishad said that the foundation of Nishad Party has been laid from Gorakhpur, but it is unfortunate that some leaders of Gorakhpur and the state are constantly trying to tarnish the image of the party and me. He clarified that the decision of reservation has to be taken by the Bharatiya Janata Party, because both at the center and in the state, their government is in power, and the Nishad Party is an ally of the BJP. Positive initiatives are being taken on this issue at both the central and state government levels. But some so-called Nishad leaders are misleading the society and the party and only spreading bitterness.
Nishad said, “If there is really a spirit of struggle for the Nishad society, then the imported leaders and BJP’s Nishad leaders should surround the Vidhan Sabha on the issue of reservation. I am ready to follow them. If they do not do this, then it will be considered that they are conspiring against the society and the party.”
