He also issued clear instructions to officials to take decisive action against them, ensuring that no one escapes.

What instructions did CM Yogi give?

  • Miscreants will not be spared; action will be taken that will prevent them from contemplating another act of anarchy.
  • Displeased by incidents in various districts, including Kanpur, Varanasi, and Moradabad, immediate FIRs have been filed against miscreants, and property investigations have been ordered.
  • Every miscreant should be identified, ensuring no one escapes video footage and social media monitoring.
    Women’s safety is a top priority; accountability will be fixed for molestation, chain snatching, and acid attacks, from the police station to the PRV.
  • Prevent the infiltration of impersonators in Garba and Dandiya, and implement Mission Shakti 5.0.
  • Drone surveillance and rumors of theft have been strongly condemned, with instructions to arrest those spreading the rumors and increase the vigilance of police officers.
  • Attempts to incite caste conflicts have been completely curbed; the Chief Minister has stated that orders must be followed to the letter.
  • Security is paramount during Durga Puja and Ravana Dahan events; idols should not exceed a safe height; alternative arrangements for immersion are necessary.
  • Police captains should conduct surprise inspections of slaughterhouses to ensure compliance with standards.
    Crowds are overflowing at the UP ITS, with the Chief Minister demanding that there be no traffic jams and security be tight.
  • Prioritize the visits and meetings of the Minister in charge and other public representatives in the districts. District administrations should report core group meetings to the Chief Minister’s Office.
