In UP’s Sonbhadra district, a small child urinating on a flower plant became the reason for a dispute between two brothers. The dispute escalated to such an extent that the elder brother, along with his wife and child, beat up the younger brother with sticks, due to which the brother suffered serious injuries. He died during treatment. Here, after the incident, the accused fled with his family.
The case is being reported from Beldha village of Chopan police station area, where two brothers Rajendra and Virendra did not get along for some reason. Meanwhile, Virendra’s younger son urinated on a flower plant in the courtyard of the house. The elder brother’s family did not like this. Then what happened was that the child’s dispute came between the elders. The matter escalated so much that the elder brother Rajendra, his wife and child beat Virendra with sticks.
The younger brother’s wife and children were also beaten
Virendra suffered serious injuries in this incident of assault. It is alleged that the younger brother’s wife and children, who came to intervene, were also beaten. The family members took Virendra to Chopan CSC for treatment, where after first aid he was referred to the district hospital. During treatment, Virendra, who was admitted to the district hospital, died seriously. On receiving the news of Virendra’s death, the elder brother absconded with the family.
Police is investigating the matter
The police, who arrived on the information, took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem and started investigation. Let us tell you that on the complaint of the deceased’s wife, the police has registered a case and the police is interrogating the accused. It is being told that during the fight, the father also went to intervene, where the elder brother asked the father to stay away.
Murder case registered against three accused
In this case, CO of Chopan police station Dr. Charu Dwivedi said that there was a fight between two brothers, in which the younger brother died. Panchnama of the body was done and sent for postmortem, after which the body was handed over to the family. The police have registered a case of murder against the three accused and started investigation and further legal action is underway.
