There is a police-administration alert in Bareilly in view of the Jail Bharo movement of Ittehad-e-Millit Council (IMC) chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza to be held on Friday i.e. today. Late night in Bareilly, police officers took to the streets to take stock of the preparations and took out a flag march. In view of Maulana Tauqeer Raza’s announcement and Friday prayers, heavy security forces have been deployed in Bareilly.
More than 1 thousand soldiers including 1 SP, PAC and 1 company each of RAF, 15 circle officers, 70 inspectors have been deployed in Bareilly. Also, barricading has been done on all sides of Islamia Ground. In this context, Tauqeer Raza said that we are not going to leave Gyanvapi at any cost. We have to get ourselves arrested and I am starting this from Bareilly.
He said that the rule of law has not been established throughout India. The laws of our country are being made fun of in other countries. Many mosques were bulldozed overnight. Those who believe in humanity, believe in goodness and are against oppression, please support me. I appeal to my Muslim brothers to start Jail Bharo movement at their respective places. This movement is going to start on Friday. On Friday, I will be at Islamia Inter College at 3 pm and the arrest will be made at the Collectorate at 4:00 pm.
‘Government working under government pressure’
Tauqeer Raza further said that we have tolerated Babri Masjid, do not want to mention it. That too only because it brings disrepute to the courts and law of our country. We have tolerated the dishonesty that has been done in connection with the Babri Masjid because the riots should end. Taking aim at the government, Raza said that the courts are working under the pressure of the government.
‘Ramayana in madrassas… where is this justice?’
He said that the government wants to win the 2024 elections by throwing the country into the fire of communalism. These people want to win the 2024 elections in the name of Ram Temple. Want to win the 2027 elections from Gyanvapi and want to win the 2029 elections from Mathura. Similarly, a list of 3000 mosques has been prepared for future. I don’t trust any investigation agency. This government is dishonest. These people are talking about teaching Ramayana in madrassas, where is the justice in this? Madrassas are also in danger from these. Only the alliance together can remove this government. Only then will everything be right.
