UP Politics: The political temperature of Uttar Pradesh has risen due to a controversial statement by Congress leader and former MP Dr Udit Raj. After this, the leaders of Bahujan Samaj Party have accused Dr Udit Raj of threatening to kill former Chief Minister Mayawati and have demanded action from the Uttar Pradesh Police.
Targeting former MP Dr Udit Raj, BSP chief Mayawati’s nephew Akash Anand got angry. In a message posted on the social media platform, Akash Anand has given a 24-hour ultimatum to the Uttar Pradesh Police and demanded the arrest of Dr Udit Raj.

Targeted Udit Raj
Akash Anand wrote on social media, “Today in Lucknow, some old associates of Manvendra Kanshiram Saheb and sometimes BJP, sometimes Congress sycophant Udit Raj have given a lot of knowledge on Saheb’s mission. Whereas Udit Raj is notorious for looking for opportunities in other parties for his selfish interests. He is concerned about the Bahujan movement only so that he can become an MP or MLA by becoming a sycophant of some party. This has nothing to do with the upliftment of the Bahujan society.”
Akash Anand, nephew of former UP Chief Minister Mayawati, further wrote, “I am a young soldier of the Bahujan mission, but I understand Baba Saheb and Manvendra Saheb’s mission more than this.” Accusing Dr Udit Raj, he said, “The kind of threat in his language today is absolutely unacceptable to crores of soldiers of the Bahujan Mission.”
Akash Anand demanded his arrest
BSP leader Akash Anand made serious allegations against former MP Udit Raj and said, “Forgetting the mission of Honorable Saheb in his own interest, this sycophant is today threatening to “strangle” our revered Mayawati, who has given social and economic freedom along with political power to crores of Dalits, exploited, deprived poor of the country.”
Akash Anand has demanded the arrest of Dr Udit Raj from Uttar Pradesh Police. He wrote in his post, “I want to clearly tell the UP Police that they should arrest these criminals within 24 hours and take strict action under the law, otherwise the Bahujan youth of the country is not going to sit quiet, I know very well how to teach them a lesson.”
What did former MP Udit Raj say?
Recently, during a press conference in Lucknow, Congress leader Dr. Udit Raj had given a controversial statement. Dr. Udit Raj, who was a BJP MP from North West Delhi from 2014 to 2019, told the media, “How will you kill your own relatives? So Shri Krishna said that there are no close relatives, fight for justice and kill your own people.” Former MP Dr. Udit Raj told the media, “Today our Shri Krishna has said at the same turn that first of all kill your enemy.” He further said, “The one who is the enemy of social justice, I have mentioned him in my press release. Mayawati has strangled the social movement, so now the time has come to strangle her.”
