Washington: After the deadly attack on former US President Donald Trump, his wife Melania Trump has issued a powerful statement. It is worth noting that on Saturday, a 20-year-old shooter named Thomas Crooks opened fire on the former president when he was campaigning in Pennsylvania. During this, Trump was also injured after being shot in the ear.

Sharing her emotion on the X handle, Melania said that when I saw my husband Donald being attacked, I realized that my life and Barron’s (son) life were standing on the verge of devastating change.
Melania expressed her gratitude to the Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers as they risked their lives to protect Trump. Melania also expressed deep condolences to the innocent victims who have been hurt by this incident.
Condemning the attacking shooter, Melania said, ‘A monster who recognized my husband as an inhuman political machine attempted to eliminate Donald’s passion, his laughter, simplicity, love of music and inspiration.’

Political concepts are simpler than we humans.’ Melania also emphasized the importance of love, compassion, kindness and empathy.
She said that the wind of change has come. To those of you who cry out in support, I thank you. I appreciate those of you who have reached beyond political divisions. Thank you for remembering that every single politician is a man or woman with a loving family.
