According to Sky News, famous US political commentator and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson had claimed that the Democrats could soon replace Biden with the current Vice President Kamala Harris as the presidential candidate.
Giving an interview to CBC News on Tuesday, Kamala Harris said, “Look, Joe Biden is our candidate, we have defeated Trump before and will defeat him again.”
Harris also said that she is proud to be Joe Biden’s running mate. But she refused to give a direct answer to the question whether she would replace Biden if needed.
