Uttar Pradesh: In Hapur district, there was a stir due to murder inside the Gurudwara, due to interference in the ongoing construction work in the Gurudwara, the matter escalated to such an extent that it escalated into abuse and fighting.

The news of murder inside the Gurudwara in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh created a stir. Construction work was going on in the Gurudwara located at the railway road Atarpura intersection in the city police station area. This incident took place during a dispute during this period. The family members have accused an advocate of murder. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started their investigation. The police have started searching for the accused.

Actually, the accused had reached this Gurudwara situated on the railway road of Nagar Kotwali in the evening. While interfering with the ongoing construction work inside the Gurudwara, the accused got into a tussle with the people present there. During this, the accused abused and beat him. Sardar Jasveer Singh, elder brother of the deceased, said that the incident took place in the Gurudwara at Atarpura intersection, where repair work was going on. He said that the accused used to abuse and interfere in the work going on in the Gurudwara every day.

He further said that on the evening of May 11, when the day’s construction work was over, the accused reached the Gurudwara and started arguing with Jaspal Singh and others. During this, the accused hit 66-year-old Jaspal Singh so hard that he fell on the ground. He suffered head injuries and died. He was hurriedly taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead after medical examination. The family members have accused an advocate named Sarab Pal Singh of murder.

The accused started interfering in the work
Kamaljit Singh Mintu, cousin of the deceased, who witnessed the incident, said that work was going on in the Gurudwara. While interfering in the ongoing work, the accused said that this work will not be done like this even if there is a fight and while saying this the accused caught hold of Kamaljeet’s neck. Not only this, they started abusing and beating. When his brother present there came to save him and intervene, the accused Sarab Pal Singh Advocate hit him and pushed him, due to which he fell down and died.

Advocate’s bike in police possession
The police took the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The police have seized the bike of the accused advocate parked outside the Gurudwara from the spot. Jurisdiction Hapur said that the information was received from Atarpura Gurudwara of Nagar Kotwali area at around 8:00 pm on May 11 that there was a dispute regarding the construction work in the Gurudwara, in which pushing etc. also took place. In this, one person Jaspal Singh was taken to the hospital when his health deteriorated. The doctor declared him dead. To clarify the cause of death, the body has been sent for post-mortem and necessary legal action is being taken.
