A major political upheaval is brewing in Uttar Pradesh. Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has been extremely angry with Akhilesh Yadav since his release from jail. Former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is now traveling to Rampur to meet with him. However, prior to this meeting, Azam Khan has set some conditions.
Azam Khan has clearly stated that if Akhilesh Yadav wishes to meet him, he must come alone. Azam Khan stated that no member of his family will meet with Akhilesh Yadav. Azam Khan stated, “Neither my wife nor my son Abdullah will meet with me. No other leader or person will come to my house with Akhilesh Yadav except for his security personnel.”

Explaining the reason for his displeasure, Azam Khan said, “Akhilesh Yadav has authority over me alone. On Eid, my wife cried alone at home. No one called or visited. So why would they come now? I don’t want to meet anyone except Akhilesh Yadav.”
Azam Khan also said that if Akhilesh Yadav comes to meet him, it would be an honor. He also stated that he hasn’t spoken to Akhilesh Yadav on the phone, as his phone was switched off these days. Now, he says that this meeting with Akhilesh Yadav should be between two people only and no third party member should be involved.
It should be noted that since Azam Khan came out of jail, no senior Samajwadi Party leader has visited him. However, some party MPs and MLAs have met with him.
