Yogi government’s bulldozer campaign against illegal constructions continues in Uttar Pradesh, this campaign has intensified in the districts bordering Nepal, more than 225 madrasas, 30 mosques, and many other religious places demolished

Continuous bulldozer action is going on against illegal construction in Uttar Pradesh. On the instructions of CM Yogi Adityanath, action is going on against buildings, religious places and madrasas built by occupying land. At the same time, action has intensified in the districts near the Nepal border. Action is going on in Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit districts of the state. So far, bulldozer action has been taken on 225 madrasas, 30 mosques, 25 shrines and six Idgahs.

On the instructions of CM Yogi Adityanath, bulldozers were also run on Wednesday against illegal encroachments and religious institutions operating without recognition in the districts near the Nepal border. Continuous action is being taken in Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit near the Nepal border. On Wednesday, bulldozer action was taken at two places in Maharajganj and one each in Shravasti and Bahraich. On the instructions of the government, till now 225 madrasas, 30 mosques, 25 mazars and six Idgahs have been bulldozed. Continuous action is being taken against illegal encroachment on the instructions of CM Yogi.

Action taken in Maharajganj, Shravasti and Bahraich

Illegal encroachment from government land within a radius of 10 km from the Indo-Nepal border was also removed on Wednesday. In Maharajganj, on Wednesday, bulldozers were run on illegal madrasas in Semrahni village of Farenda tehsil and Jugauli village of Nautanwa. An illegal madrasa located on government land in Kalimpurwa Rampur Jabdi of Bhinga tehsil of Shravasti was demolished. At the same time, illegal encroachment was removed from a mazar located on government forest land in Bahraich.

Action has been taken against 225 madrasas

Till Tuesday, action has been taken against 225 madrasas, 30 mosques, 25 mazars and six Idgahs against illegal encroachment on the Nepal border. In Maharajganj, 29 madrasas, 9 mosques, 7 shrines and 1 Idgah have been bulldozed. Similar action has been taken in Siddharthnagar, Balrampur and Shravasti. Apart from this, action has been taken on madrasas, mosques, shrines and Idgahs in Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri and Pilibhit.
